Mine-My daughter was about 2 and was running with a sippie cup and dropped it and out of no where came oh sh*t- and it was so funny I laughed so long by the time I tried to explain to her why it was wrong she forgot what she had even said. My son we had to take my son to the hospital once and he looked at my husband and I very seriously and said "please don't let the doctor shoot me mom"- I said what are you talking about and apparently he thought that getting a shot was the same as getting shot-after we told him it wasnt he was calmer- anyway I have more but those still make me laugh-I can't wait to hear yours I am not a doctor just a patient so please before taking any one persons advice consult your doctor or medical professional. My daughter had pretty much of a good idea (I thought) what sex was. Somehow we were discussing sex and she said that she knew how it happened. I said how and she said that a man and a woman get naked and french kiss. (I do need to fill you all in on something or this story won't make sense. When my daughter was 4, she wanted a sister. I explained we can't because it takes a mommy and a daddy and daddy didn't live with us. She thought for a moment and said, that she knew the mommy has the egg already in her tummy, what was daddy's job? I thought and thankfully came up with "the daddy provides the food for the egg to grow." She never asked anything again to the above story.) I was a little taken aback by the french kiss comment and I said french kiss? And she said yes mommy. It has to be a french kiss if they want to make a baby. When I asked why she said, "cause you said the daddy provides the food for the egg to grow. It has to get into the mommy through the french kiss cause there is only one other part that sticks out on a man and has stuff come out and God knows you wouldn't want to be putting THAT in your mouth!" I swear to this day, that story makes me laugh. I wanted her to sign an affadavit to that, but I was just trying not to laugh. Ahhh kids! One more! My youngest step-daughter was about 7 at the time. We were in the car and her father and her was kind of dissing eachother in a joking way. She told him he better stop cause if not, she would take care of him. He asked how she could possibly take care of such a big dad? Her response: "cause I got skillz!" Elayne TAH - 7/18/05. I am not a medical professional. First, Caleb calls his step-dad T b/c when I started dating Caynan, Caleb was learning "teeth" and Caynan had a BIG smile and Caleb was always pointing at his mouth and saying "tee" for teeth and then it just stuck, so to this day, Caynan is "T" (or dad or T-dad). But funnier is whenever he saw our neighbor Pam, he would yell, "Hi Ham." And if she didn't hear him or respond, he would keep shouting, ham, ham, ham, until we realized he was trying to say hello to Pam.

It was a very wet spring, so they were having septic problems, and we had to use the neighbors' outhouse for a potty. My dd, who was 3 at the time, thought it would be cool to go to the outhouse with me. So we went in there, and this was a pretty deluxe outhouse (2-seater) with a window and everything. We both went potty, and she looked up at me and said, "Mom, what kind of house IS this?" I said, "It's an outhouse." And she looked at me and said, "And people LIVE here????" I don't know when I've laughed so hard in my life.

My 17 year old knows how much I hate the "eye roll"! And it's something teenagers seem to do almost as an automatic reflex! (I think I'm turning into my mother more and more each day! LOL) Well I said something and she eye rolled and I said "Did you just roll your eyes?" And she she said, "Nope! I was just resting them up top for a second." Sheesh! She's quick! I hope you don't think I'm a weirdo....My daughter was in kindergarten at the time and this one makes me giggle and shake my head even to this day; 29 years later: My daughter came home from KINDERGARTEN one day and asked me: "what a blo....job....was"!! HOLY moly...I said, a what? and she repeated it....well I said, "you know the guys at the circus that blows up all the balloons?....well that's their job"...I will NEVER Forget that moment as long as I live. I almost died!!! Still makes me wonder who she heard that from....You do lose control once they go to school don't ya? (Hope I didn't offend anyone; if I did, sorry 'bout that)
