Hello, I'm new to this forum.
I regularly experience very painful nipple tenderness & was wondering if anyone out there can help with some advice.
Im sure its related to my hormones. Ive not kept too many notes on my cycle anymore but generally the nipple tenderness comes on about every other month, around PMT time
(?before or ?after) & it lasts for just over a week. Its occurred more than 6 times now. Wearing really tight tops helps, as its painful even to the slightest touch.
Brief medical history outline: always painful & heavy periods from early teens; endometriosis for years! diagnosed 88, side-affects from Danazol; endo lazered approx every four years; pain all day when ovulating could tell which side; at PMT time - sensitive, a bit teary & irritable (thankfully never too bad); ovarian cyst (1 ruptured); cesarean birth of only child (91); low glucose levels if meals are missed; unexplained high ESR in 99; heavy bleeding & passing large clots; weight gain; hysterectomy in 2002 still have ovaries; recent asthma from two consecutive virus.
Regards
Sarah
