everyone. I know that the registration process is not the easiest so I thought I would give a description for those of you having trouble.
#1 Go to www.hysterhome.com and click on the link that saysRegister your Free Account
#2 Now it gives you a choice Global or Local. A Local account can only post on Hyster Home, and a Global Account can post on any site on EzBoard. I would recommend choosing global account because EzBoard is going to be phasing out local accounts.
#3 Choose Global or Local and fill out the form and then at the bottom you have to accept the form before you finish. When you are done registering and send the form you are still not done. You have to activate your account!!!
#4 Before you can sign in or post you have to go to your email and find the email from ezboard and then click on the link in the email to confirm your account. This is the step that most people miss.
If you have done all this and you still can not sign in then it probably has to do with the settings on your computer. You have to have your computer set to allow cookies and I know if you have a firewall you can have trouble depending on the settings. If you have tried everything and you still can not sign in you have three choices
#1 Click on this link about setting your computer to allow cookies. If you want to know if that is the problem first set it to accept all cookies. That is how I keep my computer set and I have no problems with doing so. I do clear my cookies and temp files every couple weeks though. #3 You can post by each time entering your name and password into the form as you post. If you can't sign in as a member though you will be unable to use the private members only forum, you will not be able to access the chatroom and you will not be able to use the function that marks posts as read.
