Endo, need advice

Hi my name is Elisha. I am 26 years old. I have given birth 4 times. I have 3 living children ages 5,2,and 1. I also have a baby that was stillborn and would be 4 this December. I had pre eclampsia with the middle two pregnancies. I had high blood pressure and developed a heart condition with the fourth which neither have gone away. I just wanted to give some of my background.

Hi, my name is Robyn and I am 29. I will be 30 the day before my surgery. I have been having gyno issues since this past June and cannot possibly live with this pain. I originally was treated for a 6cm cyst on my right ovary. During surgery to remove the cyst my dr found endo as well. I then felt better for about 4 weeks and the pain came back again, although my dr said there was no way that the new cyst could be causing me pain. So here we are 2 months after I saw him still in pain...

lower back pain after hysterectomy

I had partial vag hyst on Aug 5 and I am having slight lower back pain. It's not horrible...i can tolerate it...it's just a little uncomfortable and only when I am up and around for a while. I ended up with a cuff infection (where they removed and stitched the cervix) and I thought it may be from that....but who knows. I did a search for lower back pain and realized it seems to be common. I had a tummy tuck in Sept and did a 100 mile bike ride in June...so my abs are in great shape so...

Hello. My name is Kelly and I had a partial vaginal hysterectomy...uterus and cervix. Diagnosis from pathologist was adenomysois which was causing my cramping and bleeding. I also have PCOS which I have been trying to treat for years. Left hospital with no pain and never took pain meds...until I was struck with fever, chills, and body aches. I was hospitalized with a cuff infection (where the cervix was removed and stitched) and started 2 IV
antibiotics...days in hospital I came home...

Please help, mother with amnesia like symptons/memory loss

hey, i'm new here looking for some possible help..

about 9-10months ago my mother had a total hysterectomy (ovaries removed) at the age of 48, for alittle over a month she couldnt barely eat or drink because of nausia.

Fear not

Well the week before the surgery was the worst, it was all I thought about, thinking everything was going to go wrong, I was so scared I almost backed out, thinking about the horror stories I heard and then I would try to think of the good ones to ease my mind, well I woke up the day of my surgery and had a bleach bath, I didn't want an infection, so I heard about this through a dermatoligist, 1/2 cup of bleach to a bath, ok I was going overboard, I was told not to eat...

At the ripe young age of 31, my OB/GYN has offered me a hysterectomy (just the uterus, not the ovaries-don't know the term for that) and I am fighting with myself about it. Every month during my period, I cry and moan and feel like I'm dying, I want the hysterectomy RIGHT NOW! but then my period passes and my brain tells me it wasn't all THAT bad and that I can live with it-that a hyster is too drastic for my age.
